SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All items are inspected prior to shipping. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri), EXCEPT for HOLIDAYS. Once package is released to USPS or the delivery service you will receive an email with tracking information. We (Affirmation to Self Actualization) are NOT RESPONSIBLE for missing/stolen packages once status reflects delivered. It is at the discretion of the customer to  open a claim with USPS or the delivery service.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the structure of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NO REFUNDS. Exchanges are accepted ONLY if there is a sizing issue if that particular item is in stock. Ann exchange of another item may be granted. Please note exchanges will be rejected if items are damaged/distorted or if tags aren’t attached. Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return. You have 10 days after receiving to ship back.
